The Carnival is a big fairground where the player can play many different minigames for a currency known as Tickets
, which can be spent on the shops across the area. It was also the hub for Doodle World's Summer 2025 Event, but is a permanent area. You need to have access to The Oasis in order to enter this location from the The Subway
During the Summer 2025 Event, the player was also rewarded with
Event Tickets from playing minigames, which could be used to buy event related items such as Skins, Mounts, and Stickers.
Event Tickets are now unobtainable.
Story[]
Finding Portia[]
When the player steps into the Carnival they notice Teneson standing by the near Taffy Shop booth, clearly worried about schedules and a missing staff member. Teneson recognizes the player through their connection to the CEO’s child and asks them to locate Portia, explaining that he brought her to the Carnival for a bit of fun but needs her back before work resumes. He presses the player to find her and return her to the office, anxious but reluctant to punish Portia himself.
Searching the grounds leads the player to the Doodle Racing stands, where Portia is on the second-floor audience tier. She has been quietly predicting Squed and collecting tickets. On approach Portia admits she should go back but asks for one small thing: a chance to vent to someone she trusts. The player is offered two flavour-only responses that both prompt the same outcome, then a single meaningful choice: refuse to listen or agree to hear her out.
If the player refuses, Portia shrugs and delays returning to Teneson. She remains in the stands watching races and can be re-approached; she will only return to Teneson if the player chooses to listen.
If the player agrees to listen, Portia teleports them both to a private carriage on the Ferris Wheel. In that quiet, elevated space she confesses that she feels trapped by her role at DoodleCo, fearful of being forced into her mother’s experiments and constrained by Teneson’s enforcement of the CEO’s orders. She says she wants a simpler life — to relax, maybe make DoodleTube videos — and indirectly asks the player to become strong enough one day to challenge Teneson, though she does not demand immediate action. As a token she gives the player her
carnival tickets, then teleports them back down and returns to Teneson.
Klydaskunk Arcade[]
The Klydaskunk Arcade is a building located on the left of the map. Here there are three minigames in which the player can play to receive
Tickets, and a wheel which can be spun every 30 minutes for varying rewards. Tomato is also at the front desk where you can buy an encounter for Teddot for 20
Tickets.
Slingshots[]
Slingshots is one of the minigames in the Klydaskunk Arcade. Here, the player must hit three rows of targets for a score by aiming with a slingshot. There are three different types of targets: Wiglets, Finwicks, and Geckgoos. Wiglets comprise of the bottom row and give 1 point, Finwicks comprise the middle row and give 2 points, and lastly Geckgoos, which comprise the top row, reward 3 points. The higher the players points, the more
Strength Test[]
Strength Test is another minigame in the Klydaskunk Arcade, here the player must deal as much damage as possible to the Machine. They will be put into a battle in which they are given three turns to deal as much damage as possible. The lower the Machines health, the more
Dunk Tank[]
Dunk Tank is another minigame in the Klydaskunk Arcade, when first played the player must choose between three difficulties: easy, medium, or hard. More
Tickets are rewarded depending on the difficulty, with hard giving the most. The player must aim with a moving line to try and hit the button, if successful an NPC will be dunked in the tank and a higher amount of tickets will be rewarded. If the player misses the button, they will be reward only 8
Tickets. The moving line will have a different speed depending on which difficulty is chosen, the higher the difficulty, the faster the line.

Other Minigames[]
Powerbox[]
The player must repair the power box near the Carnivals entrance by doing a small connection puzzle on a 6x6 grid for rewards.
Doodle Racing[]
Every 15 minutes, a pop up will appear in the game chat that says "A Doodle Race at the Carnival is about to start... you have 3 minutes to get there." During these 3 minutes, the player must make their way to the top portion of the Carnival where the race track is located, and bet on a Doodle to win the race. There are 8 Doodles to bet on that each have a different chance of winning the race: Infurnius (which has a 30% chance to win), Exiled (which has a 25% chance to win), Louis (which has a 15% chance to win), Coalt (which has a 10% chance to win), Squed (which has a 7% chance to win), Plipo (which has a 6% chance to win), Wiglet (which has a 5% chance to win), and lastly Slibble (which has a 2% chance to win). Doodles with a lower chance of winning the race that win will give the player higher rewards. If the betted on racer doesn't place, the player will just get 15

Cooking[]
Across from the Klydaskunk Aracade, is a tall building called Carnie Cravings. Here, the player must consecutively cook 3 different foods for 3 different customers. Each customer will order a specific food, and the food has to be cooked using 3 ingredients. Each food has a specific recipe, which can be viewed in the Recipe Book. After all 3 customers are served, the player is given a score based on if they served the correct meal to the customer and how fast they were able to. More
Tickets will be rewarded for having a higher score.
Fishing[]
The player must fish at the lake on the far left side of the map. This brutally difficult minigame involves clicking yellow circles that quickly shrink. There are 10 different Doodles that can be fished, the most common being Tadappole and Finwick, and the rarest being Maelzuri. If you lose the doodle, you just get 5

The game begins; the table will be filled with candy. The two players then must select a piece of candy to "poison". Once poisoned, the game begins. Players will take turns picking candy, if the candy is not poisoned, the game continues. If it is poisoned, the game ends. If you picked the poison candy, you lose. Missing Velvey[]
Finding Portia[]
Talk to Teneson, located in The Carnival located next to the Taffy store. Teneson tasks the player with finding Portia who is somewhere around The Carnival. Portia is located on the second floor of the race track stands where she will ask if she can vent with you by saying "...I'm sorry for asking this, but can I vent to you? I can't vent to any of the DoodleCo executives, so...I'll return to Teneson after." If you say yes, she teleports both of you to the top of the Ferris wheel and says...
| Text # | Text |
|---|---|
| 1 | Let me teleport us to a better location. |
| 2 | Way better. |
| 3 | Look...this is a far ask... |
| 4 | Can you please get strong enough to defeat Teneson? |
| 5 | I don't want to work for DoodleCo. Soon, I will have to conduct my mother's experiments. |
| 6 | Obviously, I'm not telling you to do it right now. I've seen his strength first hand. |
| 7 | I am a prisoner of him. The CEO won't even notice if I'm gone...but Teneson enforces his every order...so I'm stuck.
|
| 8 | I shouldn't have a leadership position...I'm clearly unfit for such a role. I'm scared.
|
| 9 | I just want to be able to live...I want to stay home and relax. Maybe make some DoodleTube videos.
|
| 10 | Thanks for listening to me.
|
| 11 | You can have my carnival tickets. I don't have a use for them.
|
| 12 | I'll return to Teneson. |

Trivia[]
- The designs of the Doodles during races are based off of the web series Horse Race Test.
- Machines used in the Strength Test minigame run off of the standard Doodle World encounter stat system, randomized each time. The only exception is that the Machine does not have a misprint variety. However, Machines can have Tints at the same rate of a standard encounter.
- Machines used in the Strength Test minigame have a viewable trait when using the Magnifying Glass called "Strengthmachine", which limits the battle to three turns. This will likely not be a properly released trait.
- The item shop used to sell Doodle Unlockers for 2,500 Tickets. After the Summer 2025 event ended, Doodle Unlockers were removed from the item shop and replaced the Event Tickets reward on the wheel in the arcade.
- The Carnival is the first area introduced in an event to become a permanent area.
