Story[]
Doodle Laboratory[]
Quincy, accompanied by his butler Reginald, first appears in Doodle Laboratory after the player receives their first Doodle. He demands for the player to give him his Starter Doodle, but the professor explains that the machine can only be used once every twenty minutes. Out of frustration, Quincy demands the player to the battle, saying that if they lose, they must hand over their Doodle. Once Quincy is defeated, Reginald escorts him back to his private jet. If Quincy is not defeated, he will demand for the player's Doodle. Reginald will stop Quincy from doing so, meaning that either way, the player will will keep their Doodle.
Graphite Temple & Lodge[]
Quincy later reappears in a cutscene before the player reaches Graphite Temple. Reginald explains that the first key guardian is capable of controlling storms around his area, which explains the turbulence that the plane is experiencing. Once the plane lands on the sky island, the player witnesses Nimbus turning down Quincy's battle request, since he did not properly pass the maze trial. Portia and the player are noticed by Nimbus, and he calls them over. Quincy is once again upset, and demands to battle the player.
Once Quincy is defeated, he stands out of the player's way and decides to start trying to change himself slightly, by saying he isn't going to use the private jet anymore. Of course, this doesn't necessarily matter, as the mysterious figure comes along and destroys it using Chronos. Portia teleports everybody else away, and Quincy is teleported to Graphite Lodge.
Back at Graphite Lodge, Quincy and the player discuss what their next move should be. Then, Riffraff teleports in, with Quincy questioning how he has a teleporter. Riffraff explains that the next Key is located in Von Sweetsville, and he offers to teleport both the player and Quincy there to find it. However, to get revenge on the player for the events at Graphite Temple, Quincy says that he won't be teleported with a "poor person". Riffraff accepts this, and explains that as much as he would help the player, he requires Quincy for his plans. Riffraff teleports away with Quincy, and the player is left on their own to travel to Von Sweetsville on foot.
Von Sweetsville & Chefs Valley[]
Quincy is found standing just inside the entrance to Von Sweetsville. He explains that he was left there by Riffraff. He also explains that he tried to get into the sweets factory, but a protest outside stopped him from doing so. As he and the player plan to head to the Doodle Station to talk more, they are approached by a beggar, who asks the player for $1000. The player can either choose to give them money, or not, resulting in either a gain or loss of Karma. If the player chooses to not give money to the beggar, Quincy compliments the player, saying that "they have something that they can agree on." Then, they head to the town's Doodle Station.
There, the two run into Suzie, who takes them to the town's Help Center to meet TJ. There, they discuss the plan of stealing a factory employee's clothes in order to infiltrate the factory. During the search for the Von Sweets goon, Quincy searches the area opposite the Doodle Station.
Quincy is seen with Suzie battling a Muncheez in Chef's Valley. Suzie asks the player for help defeating the Muncheez. After the battle, Inari suddenly appears. Suzie recognizes her as a member of the Shadow Clan, a clan responsible for spying, as well as a number of assassinations. Inari explains that Von Sweets owned a Pandishi, and that the Shadow Clan's leader owns one, too. She says that defeating it in battle would be the best way to earn its respect. Then, she leaves.
Von Sweetsville Factory[]
After defeating Pandishi returning to Von Sweetsville, the player, Quincy and Suzie explain to the secretary that Pandishi should be on its way. However, the secretary explains that if Pandishi didn't catch the train back, it would take it weeks to reach the factory. However, TJ comes to the rescue with his von Sweets uniform, and tells the secretary that it went through the employee door. The secretary lets the player, Quincy, and Suzie in, while keeping TJ outside the factory, giving him no chance to obtain the Second Key.
Once all of the puzzles are completed, Quincy and Suzie are found in the center of the factory, near von Sweets. When von Sweets recognizes Suzie, Quincy asks to hear the story. Suzie explains that when she was a child, she was signed up to test an experimental candy known as "Chocotine." However, it permanently destroyed her taste buds. Upset, she walks out of the factory in tears. Quincy comments that von Sweets should be easier to beat now that he has suffered through emotional damage, and the battle with von Sweets begins.
After defeating von Sweets, Quincy notices that the masked man from Graphite Temple has snuck up on them. He introduces himself with an alias known as The Savior, but the man may be called Zavier for short. Then, he explains how he needs to collect all of the keys to "save his people back home." Before he can do anything, however, Mister Riffraff appears and teleports him away. Then, Mister Riffraff teleports back to the factory and takes von Sweets to the middle of nowhere to reunite with his Pandishi. Then, Riffraff returns to explain that the third key is located in DoodleCo Academy and owned by a student who goes there. He then teleports away.
Quincy is then found at von Sweetsville's Doodle Station, healing his Doodles. He challenges the player to a battle in hopes of obtaining the second key. When he is defeated, he goes to meet TJ at the factory's gate. From there, the group heads onwards to Route 6.
Route 6 & DoodleCo Academy[]
On Route 6, Quincy gets into an argument with a rebellious student from the academy. When she doesn't want tell Quincy where the third key may be, Quincy tells her that his dad could easily expel her. She ignores him, but takes notice of the player, and asks them what they think of DoodleCo, as a "yes/no" question. Regardless of saying yes or no, the student will then remark how the player seems to be different to Quincy. She then introduces herself as Erika. She tells the player to meet her after her club meeting at school, which, according to her, is the only reason she is still attending the school. Then, she leaves. Quincy remarks that she didn't seem to be very useful at all, and then asks TJ why he is still wearing his von Sweets uniform. TJ explains that it's grown on him. From there, the group heads onwards to DoodleCo Academy, and tells the player to meet them there.
In DoodleCo Academy's gymnasium, Teneson tells the player that they should go seek out Quincy, as he may have gotten himself into trouble without the bodyguard that DoodleCo assigned him. Quincy found outside the academy's Doodle Station and is being harassed by two students who are trying to suck up to him. When Quincy sees the player, he lies about them being his math tutor and that he need to leave. The students refuse to let him leave and turn hostile, mocking him by saying that people only ever talk to him because he's "DoodleCo Jr." They ask Quincy for a battle because they don't like his attitude, Quincy passes the battle to the player instead, since Reginald is usually the one who battles people for him. When the player defeats the students, Quincy tells the player to meet TJ at the student council room, where TJ is asking the president about the location of the third key. After a minor earthquake followed by the president explaining the history of Qilintel, Erika tells the group to meet in the cafeteria, where she tells the group to split up and find Teneson.
Arid Mines Confrontation[]
After the confrontation with Zavier and Qilintel in the gymnasium, and battling Helper Henry in the Help Center, Quincy and the rest of the group show up. Erika sends the player to the student council president to get permission to enter Arid Mines in search of Zavier, while the rest of the group takes a headstart there. The group is found outside the vault entrance and the player must collect vases scattered across the mines to open the vault door. After battling the Ostigon within, the player and the rest of the group begin to search through the treasure in order to find clues regarding Zavier, with Quincy remarking that his monthly allowance is more than all the gold in the vault. Suddenly, a lightning bolt blasts the gold nearby, barely missing the group. It is revealed that this was done by Zavier and his Chronos.
Zavier is pleased, saying that the group is cornered, and there's no Portia or Mister Riffraff to teleport them away. Then, he reveals that Erika is actually the third Key Guardian. She apologizes to the group, saying that she was going to tell them eventually. Zavier comments on how Erika made the exact same mistake the last time he experienced this scenario, and what happened to her wasn't pretty, confirming that he has been rewinding certain situations. However, Zavier notices TJ standing nearby, and suddenly is thrown into a panic, claiming that after all the times he has rewound events, TJ has never appeared once. Zavier deduces that TJ is from another timeline, but TJ is extremely confused, claiming that he's just a perfectly normal guy from Lakewood Town, who was born to two perfectly normal parents. Zavier disregards this and tries to eliminate TJ with Chronos. However, it doesn't want to follow orders, as it apparently doesn't care about TJ, since he's not from the same timeline. Additionally, it has "strict rules" to follow which were given by the Elder, and killing TJ would be "a violation of these rules." Frustrated, Zavier steps forward, saying that he's still just as strong with his remaining five Doodles. However, the player steps forward to challenge him, and the two begin battle.
Upon defeating Zavier, he and Chronos leave, claiming that they'll be back for more keys. Then, Erika lets the player battle her for the third Key, as TJ and Quincy offer away their chance. Before the battle, Quincy allows the player to heal their Doodles for free, simply by talking to him.
Afterwards, the player meets the rest of the group back at the Help Center, where Suzie explains that the fourth Key may be located at the Oasis. Before the player can leave, however, the player has to look for TJ. He is found in the Student Council room. After that, the player must meet up with the rest of the group on Route 7.
Route 7 & The Oasis[]
Suzie, Quincy, and TJ are found outside the Oasis, being stopped by a police officer who explains that a DoodleCo Executive known as Ellen has paid to have the Oasis blocked off for two days, so she can get the fourth Key herself. However, Kentucky Smith appears and volunteers to help the group enter. Quincy waits with the rest of the group while the player goes to fight the Ghost Guard at the Ruined Castle.
Once the Player enters the Oasis, Kentucky Smith gives the group a short introduction of the city. He mentions that Oasis Energy owns 60% of the city while Doodleco owns 30% of it. A man known as Zane owns the other 10%. He then leaves the group of friends. Ziggy, a goon who works for Zane, bumps into TJ and steals his wallet. Portia watches this from afar and battles Ziggy so that she could use TJ’s wallet as an excuse to talk to Quincy. After battling the goon, Portia teleports herself to the group of friends and hands TJ his wallet back.
Portia mentions that she can set up an appointment with Ellen for them which Quincy asks her to do for him. Portia then claims that it is a dream come true that he asked her to do a favor for him. Everyone then meets at the DoodleCo Office J building to talk to Ellen about the fourth key.
The group all meet with Ellen to talk about the fourth key. TJ later learns that Ellen is looking for keys and is looking to make a deal with her. Ellen is interested by what TJ has to offer, so she tells him to meet her at her office. Portia and Quincy are intrigued by this offer as well and ask if they could join Ellen in her office too. She allows the two to join TJ at her office as well.
Oasis Underground Meeting[]
After the player defeats Zane in his hideout and them, Zane, and Suzie are traversing the Oasis Underground, a meeting in Ellen's office begins involving her, Portia, Quincy, and TJ. An officer named Terry is told to lock the doors. Then, Ellen explains that DoodleCo wishes to purchase the Miracle Key from Victor Solis. TJ is surprised, saying that he thought Zane was the Key Guardian. Ellen continues to explain that Solis has imprisoned the Legendary Doodle Zerzura and is using it to power the city. She explains that law enforcement is closing in on him, so TJ and Quincy will have to obtain the Key first. Quincy protests, saying that there's no way either him or TJ are strong enough to stop the player from obtaining the Key first. Then, Ellen explains that Portia has been working on something which will increase their strength.
Portia begins by explaining the Doodle War. She says that 500 years ago, there was a war that encompassed the entire island, and it was fought between two Legendary Doodles: Verdrok, the representation of reality, and Somniere, the representation of dreams. Despite Verdrok being significantly weaker than Somniere, it was able to defeat Somniere and win the war. Any Doodle that fought on Somniere's side was punished by having their power sealed away within a Runestone, and when a Doodle gets ahold of its respective Runestone, it is able to take on its old form. In order to prevent another war, Verdrok created a limitation which only allowed tamers to awaken one Doodle per battle.
Then, Portia explains that they have recently been able to awaken Doodles that did not participate in the war. This is done by harnessing the energy from when a Runestone is activated, and applying that to any Doodle. By placing this energy into an item, that item functions as a runestone. Then, Officer Terry asks which Doodles have been artifically awakened, and Portia tells the group that so far, they have been able to awaken Owol and Hypnotl. Quincy asks if she did all of this by herself, and Portia tells him that these were her mother's last notes before she died.
Then, Terry explains that he "can't take this anymore" and teleports away with a blue glow. Then, he reappears without his disguise, revealing himself to be Mister Riffraff. He complains that he wasn't invited to the "exposition dump" and tells Ellen that there is no point in calling security, as Teneson, the only person capable of catching him, is in the faraway DoodleCo City. Then, he explains that Ellen wants to get the Key because she's desperate to escape demotion. He pulls up a list of the seven executives of DoodleCo in descending order: CEO Charles, Teneson, Cortes, Ellen, Yami, Joseph, and Portia. Riffraff explains that one of Yami's subordinates was able to steal a Key, meaning Yami will soon be promoted.
However, Portia interrupts him, saying that she knows the real reason why he is here: to learn more about the uses of her mother's research. She identifies Riffraff by his real name, and explains he was one of the three original founders of DoodleCo. She also claims that he is the man who killed her mother, Rebecca. Riffraff does not deny this, and instead warns Portia to not continue her mother's research, as it "consumed her." He says it's for Portia's safety, since Rebecca was his best friend as they constantly worked together. Then, Riffraff teleports away, saying that the group will have to hurry if they want to get the Miracle Key before the player. Ellen then gives one artifical runestone each to TJ and Quincy.
Oasis Energy Confrontation[]
At the Oasis Energy Laboratory, Quincy appears with TJ. He tells the player that TJ’s awakened Doodle had completely countered his awakened Doodle, meaning that TJ could battle the player, and if he won, free Zerzura and obtain the Miracle Key. Once TJ is defeated by the player, Quincy and TJ leave Oasis Energy.
Oasis Story Wrap Up[]
After the events at the Oasis Underground end, the player and their group meet with Zane, Portia, and Ellen at DoodleCo Office J. Ellen talks about how that she is annoyed that Quincy and TJ weren’t able to retrieve the Miracle Key for her and she is now going to be demoted to the fifth ranked DoodleCo Executive since a member of the ShadowClan retrieved a key for “Yami”. Portia, who also isn’t in a good mood, also demands for TJ and Quincy to give her the artificial runestones back. She then decides to let Quincy battle with his Hypnotl Antigen against the player. Once the player defeats Quincy, Portia decides to give the antigen to the player since she decides that they are more capable of wielding it. She still has to work on some technical issues with the Owol Artificial Runestone however.
Suzie explains that the player made a deal with Victor Solis in order to get the Miracle Key as it would be a much safer bet. Zane then chimes in as he asks if Solis was caught, but Suzie tells him that the authorities hasn’t found him yet. Ellen decides to make Zane the interim CEO of Oasis Energy since he knows the area very and that he deeply cared for it for a long time. Suzie asks if the Oasis wouldn’t run out of power since Zerzura has been freed, but Ellen replies swifly to her, telling Suzie that Zerzura simply gave even more energy and power to the Oasis than needed. She says that the next time she comes across with the player, she would have permission to use her team which also includes her powerful Prismare. After Ellen and Portia teleport to DoodleCo City, Quincy explains to TJ about why Portia lost her team for a few months. The reason why she is using a weaker team than her normal team was because she got in trouble with Teneson for creating the Quincy Fan Club. Soon enough, a mailman arrives to hand a letter to the player and their group.
TJ reads the letter which is from a resident of Icyridge called Anna who is the key guardian of the Frigid Key and is currently being threatened by rogue ShadowClan members. Quincy exclaims that he dislikes Icyridge while TJ continues on. She promises to give the key to the player and their group if they help her. Once TJ finishes reading the letter, Zane tells the group that they need to take a short hike from his hideout to Route 8 which would eventually lead to Icyridge. Quincy replies to Zane that Icyridge is full of backward savages who hate change and tells the group that his father would always be enraged whenever he would visit Icyridge, due to their residents not accepting his deal to turn it into a DoodleCo town.
Suzie questions about why the ShadowClan is acting strange, but TJ exclaims that it doesn’t matter to him as since he is a “Universal Anomaly” , the situation won’t bother him. This annoys Suzie as she tells TJ that she is starting to get sick of him acting like that as it is getting old for her. TJ tells the group that it is now time for him to leave as he believes he can get the Frigid Key all on his own. He leaves the building afterwards. Suzie then tells the group that she has heard of a Legendary Doodle with the power to change the climate of Icyridge. She and Quincy then head out to Zane’s hideout while Zane tells the player to come visit him at Oasis Energy once they obtain the Frigid Key.
Route 8 & Icywood Forest[]
When the player first enters Route 8, they encounter Suzie and Quincy. While the group is talking, a misprint Ciyrup appears. Quincy says that misprints can go up for a high price, and Suzie asks the player to weaken it so she could catch it. After the player fails to weaken it, Quincy and Suzie leave to get to Icywood Forest.
When the player reaches Icywood Forest, Suzie reveals how she caught a doodle with the help of Quincy, and the doodle isn't even on the encounters board. After Suzie tries to make it up to Quincy, the group to approached by two people. One of them reveals his name to Desmond, with the lady next to him being Rosemary. Desmond mentions that when he heard that "DoodleCo Boy", that being Quincy, would be visiting Icyridge, he thought that he'd come to the forest to meet him. After the player defeats Desmond, the group enters Icyridge.
Icyridge[]
Once you enter Icyridge, it is revealed that the Shadow Clan is attacking. The player then battles three of the Shadow Clan members, causing them to retreat. The player then meets with Suzie, Quincy, and Desmond at the Help Center. Desmond informs them that Anna, the key guardian, is under the protection of Captain Silvier. However, Desmond doesn't believe he is enough, and he has organized a meeting for the group to meet with Captain Silvier and obtain the duties of protecting Anna. He also says that the main group will be at a disadvantage, due to Captain Silvier not liking Desmond very much.
When you reach the meeting location, you wait for one last person. This person, being TJ, someone who was recommended to protect Anna by another faction in Icyridge, the Alchemists. After Suzie ends up accidentally disrespecting Captain Silvier, Suzie is arrested, and TJ is given the duty of protecting Anna. Quincy and the player then return to Desmond, to tell him of what happened. Desmond then reveals that Suzie would've been locked up in the dungeon, so, Quincy and the player then go to the dungeon to break Suzie out.
Icyridge Dungeon[]
When the player and Quincy reach the dungeon, they talk with the head guard of the dungeon, Tinsley. Quincy ends up successfully convincing Tinsley to battle the player in exchange for Suzie's freedom. Once the player wins, Tinsley gives Quincy the keys, and both the player and Quincy go down into the dungeon to find Suzie. On the way down, the player and Quincy have a talk about TJ, and Quincy hopes that TJ returns to his old self. Once Quincy and the player release Suzie, they make their way to the main bridge to meet up with Desmond.
Figuring Out a Plan[]
Once the group meet back up with Desmond, Desmond reveals that his time is rapidly approaching him, and they need to find Anna's location fast. As the group begins to try and think of a plan, they are approached by a familiar face. Inari has been able to sneak into Icyridge using a guard uniform. Inari says she knows where Anna is being held, but she can't say anything, as Yami, the Shadow Clan leader wants to meet the player in Icywood Forest. When the player meets Yami, he says that the player is currently a hot topic, and DoodleCo as began taking notes on them. Yami says he wants the player to battle Inari, to test their strength. After the player beats Inari, Yami jumps in, saying he wants to battle also, but Inari stops him, telling him that he is too strong for the player right now. Soon afterwards, Yami leaves, ready to meet the player again, and leaves it to Inari to show them where Anna is being held.
Suzie believes Inari is lying and thinks that the player would be able to beat Yami easily. However, Quincy corrects her, mentioning how Yami is a DoodleCo Executive, and all of them have strong teams, with one of their Doodles always being a Legendary. Inari then tells the group to meet her at Alchemist's Grotto, as there, she can reveal where Anna is.
Alchemist's Grotto[]
At Alchemist's Grotto, Inari leads the group to a wall, saying that when she was here, they went through some hidden doorway that can only be opened with a passcode. The problem is that Inari doesn't know the passcode. Suddenly, The Witch appears, and she offers to help, mentioning Desmond's promise. The Witch says she can communicate telepathically with Desmond, to tell him the passcode, because in this timeline, he isn't that important. Afterwards, the Witch leaves, and Desmond says the passcode, revealing a door to the Alchemist Bunker. Inari leaves, and the group enters the door.
Alchemist Bunker[]
Once the group enters the bunker, they encounter Anna, TJ, and Captain Silvier. After conflict emerges between the two groups, and despite TJ's warnings, Captain Silvier battles the player to test their strength. Once Captain Silvier is defeated, he removes TJ from being the protector of Anna and gives that duty to the player. However, before much else can continue, the Shadow Clan is able to find the bunker, and catches everyone off guard. Anna reveals to the Shadow Clan that she left the key back in the Icyridge Hold. Anna then leads Kaze to the key, as everyone else is trapped in the bunker with Kaze's followers. Desmond then decides now is the time to trade his soul, and he summons The Witch, and teleports everybody except the Shadow Clan members outside of the bunker. Desmond then fights against the Shadow Clan alone.
Icyridge Hold[]
At the Icyridge Hold, Kaze is revealed to have already beaten the Stone Guardians, the defenders of the key. In an attempt to make sure Kaze doesn't get the key, Anna says Kaze needs to beat the player first. Once the player does defeat Kaze, TJ and Captain Silvier arrive. Captain Silvier places Kaze under arrest, telling him that his followers have all already been locked up in the dungeon. Suddenly, Yami and Inari appear. Yami asks to be given Kaze, and after promising to give him the punishment he deserves, Captain Silvier gives Kaze to Yami. Yami then tells the player that he is excited for their battle, and leaves with Inari and Kaze, Captain Silvier leaves the castle shortly afterwards. The news of Desmond's sacrifice reaches Anna, and Desmond appears as a spirit, as he says his final goodbyes to Anna.
Afterwards, Anna is able to give the key to the player, when TJ steps in, claiming he deserves a chance at getting the key. Anna believes that is only fair and says that TJ and the player must battle for the key. Quincy then asks if the player trusts him. Regardless of what the player says, Quincy steps up, saying he will battle TJ in the player's place. TJ and Quincy then take battling positions as the player hears a voice, telling them that Quincy will lose. Shortly after, the player possesses Quincy's battling skills, and battles TJ using Quincy's team.
When TJ is beaten by Quincy, TJ is completely shattered. He leaves the castle to think, and Quincy believes his plan at breaking TJ's ego to bring him back to the group was a success. Anna then begins to give the key to the player again, but they are interrupted. From the second story, Zavier appears, and he jumps down, demanding that he is given the key instead, engaging the player in battle. Once the player beats Zavier, Zavier's true voice begins to show, and he reveals that he is actually the future version of Quincy. Quincy doesn't believe this, until Zavier tells Quincy of a memory only, he knows about. Zavier then tells Quincy to not trust Suzie, as in his timeline, Suzie betrays him, and it will hurt him. Quincy then pauses and thinks, and then leaves the area to think.
Icyridge Story Wrap Up[]
When player having meeting with Anna inside guardhouse,Quincy appears inside the Guardhouse and asks to speak to the player. Anna encourages the player to go, noting Quincy’s serious tone and wishing them luck.Outside the Guardhouse, Quincy is waiting and asks to speak privately. He apologizes for earlier harsh words, admitting he was hurt by feeling used after a lifetime of betrayal. He explains that even if Zavier's claims about Suzie are true, it’s unfair to judge her based on an alternate version of herself. Quincy says he’s willing to give Suzie another chance and reflects that everyone—himself, TJ, Suzie, and the player—are more than the circumstances of their birth. They are friends and must mend their bond. Quincy suggests the player search for Suzie, likely at the hot springs, while he searches for TJ.
On Icyridge Bridge, Quincy finds TJ, pleading with him to regroup with them. TJ stays silent, conflicted. Quincy tells him he’s not competing with the player anymore and that any key the player earns is a win for all of them. TJ expresses his feelings of existential confusion, explaining that he believed his purpose was to collect the Keys and save the future. Quincy reassures him, saying that while TJ may be special, so is everyone. TJ struggles with the idea but eventually admits he still wants to continue his mission. Quincy accepts that TJ needs time and tells him that they’ll leave word at the Help Center about where they’re heading, so TJ can rejoin when he's ready. TJ thanks Quincy, and Quincy promises not to give up on being TJ’s friend.
The player then reunites with Quincy and Suzie at the Icyridge Help Center. Quincy formally apologizes to Suzie for judging her harshly, and Suzie again confesses about her past orders to betray him. She explains she was contacted anonymously, shown a video of the surgery to restore her taste buds, and tempted with that promise. Although DoodleCo is a possibility, Suzie suspects the real mastermind is an enemy of the CEO, targeting Quincy instead. Suzie reassures Quincy that her loyalties have changed, and she considers the group her true friends now. While Quincy admits he’s still cautious, he accepts her apology.Just then, a mailman delivers a handwritten letter to Quincy. It's from Reginald, Quincy’s butler, who is trapped near Ambasa City. Reginald writes that he suspects a Key is nearby because of frequent activity from Rufus, the Adventurer Unit, Teneson, and Portia. Although neither Teneson nor Portia are interested in the key hunt, their presence is suspicious, and Reginald urges Quincy to come to Ambasa City as soon as possible.
The group discusses how to reach Ambasa City, which is located near a volcano called Ambasa Volcano. The subway system is closed, so direct travel isn’t an option. Fortunately, an alchemist named Abby overhears them. Recognizing the player for saving Anna, Abby offers assistance: the Alchemist’s Grotto has a portal device—originally gifted by the Witch to torment Flammesbury—that is currently set to Route 9, near Ambasa City. Abby suggests using it to bypass the closed subway.Suzie enthusiastically thanks Abby and tries to offer her a Fruitoad keychain, but Abby vehemently refuses, showing a strong dislike for Fruitoads. After the awkward moment, the group prepares to travel. Quincy heads to inform the Help Center receptionist about their plans so can TJ know where they went, while instructing the player to meet at the alchemist base in the Alchemist’s Grotto.

Personality[]
Quincy is shown to be extremely bratty, spoiled, and disrespectful, even to the people who care about him most: Reginald and Portia. He also displays disgust and hatred towards those who are poor or have a little amount of money. However, throughout the story, he slowly starts to shed these behaviors, like refusing to use his private jet, or starting to get his Doodles healed from a Doodle Station, rather than from Reginald.
Trivia[]
- wish_z stated on discord that Quincy was his favorite character in Doodle World.
- wish_z also stated on the discord that Quincy's birthday is 3/20
- During the Icyridge dialogue, Zavier states that when Quincy and Portia were younger, they messed up Rebecca's papers while playing and Portia took the blame for it. This dialogue implies that Quincy and Portia have known each other since Childhood.
- Wish_z states on the Discord server that Portia is 2 years within Quincy's age.
