Kaze

Kaze is the leader of the rogue Shadow Clan members attacking Icyridge.

Story[]

Icyridge[]

When the player first enters Icyridge, alongside Desmond, Quincy, and Suzie, Shadow Clan members working under Kaze are attacking. Once the player defeats three of the strongest members, one of the members, Tsuyoi, explains how he may have been defeated, but Kaze could easily beat the player, as he has only ever lost one battle in his entire life, with that one loss being to Yami, the leader of the main clan.

Alchemist Bunker[]

After the player is able to defeat Captain Silvier, Kaze arrives at the hidden bunker with his followers. He demands that they lend over the Frigid Key, or they will meet the same fate as Victor Solis. After making sure Anna knows that nobody will be hurt if she gives up the key, she mentions how the key is back at the Icyridge Hold, and she will lead him there. Kaze and Anna then leave for the Icyridge Hold, leaving the rest of the Shadow Clan members to make sure the rest of the group doesn't try to help Anna fight Kaze.

Icyridge Hold[]

Once Desmond makes his sacrifice, the player, Quincy, Suzie, and TJ quickly get to the Icyridge Hold. It is revealed that Kaze has easily defeated the Stone Guardians, which were the obstacles for the key. In a desperate attempt to stop Kaze, Anna mentions that he has one last obstacle to surpass, that being defeating the player. TJ then leaves the area to go find Captain Silvier. Kaze accepts the challenge, believing he will win easily, engaging the player in combat. After Kaze is defeated, TJ arrives with Captain Silvier. Captain Silvier places Kaze under arrest, telling him that his Shadow Clan allies have already been arrested. Shortly afterwards, Yami and Inari come out of the shadows, revealing that they've watched the battle between Kaze and the player. After Yami speaks with Captain Silvier, and after Kaze begs to not give him to Yami, Captain Silvier gives Kaze to Yami, trusting that Yami will give him the punishment he deserves.

Personality[]

Kaze is a threatening person, as he holds great strength. He seems to be sinisterly calm most of the time, while also being demanding. He seems to fear nothing. However, after Yami shows himself, Kaze's fears come to the light, as he panics and begs to stay far away from Yami.
