Friendship is a mechanic in Doodle World that allows certain Doodles to evolve.
Mechanics[]
To gain Friendship, you must have a Doodle in your party. Giving your Doodle a Friendship Ribbon or putting it in a Heart Capsule speeds up the process.
Trading a Doodle will reset the friendship level, even if you get it back later. Wonder Trading a doodle will not reset friendship.
-5 every time the Doodle faints. (Friendship Ribbon does not apply)
+5 every time the Doodle levels up. (+10 with Friendship Ribbon)
+1 every 90 seconds the Doodle is at the front of your party. (+2 with Friendship Ribbon)
+1 for knocking out another Doodle. (+2 with Friendship Ribbon)
The max amount of Friendship a Doodle can have is 250.
How to check Friendship[]
The Bond Checker is an NPC with a blue shirt and black hair that will check your Doodle's friendship. He can be found at Graphite Lodge's Doodle Station to the left of the entrance on the couch, or at Social Park near the bridge.
If you talk to him, he will ask if you want him to check your bond between you and a Doodle in your party. He will tell you one of six lines depending on the friendship level.

Tips[]
The following steps can be used to increase friendship rapidly:
- Use as many Level-Down Cubes as possible (the lowest you can get is level 5).
- Equip the Friendship Ribbon and switch its capsule to a Heart Capsule.
- Level it up as fast as possible with Level-Up Cubes or knocking out other Doodles.

- Loyalty uses friendship to determine its base power, capping at 90 BP with maxed friendship.
