The Dungeons are a game mode the player can access from the Runic Island Gateway through an NPC called November, where the player will be sent back into the Doodle War era. The player's main objective is to earn score through battling and making it deeper into the dungeon. Random Doodles and items can be collected to assemble a team, and optional challenges can be taken to further enhance difficulty and boost score.
Overview[]
The player begins by choosing a starting Doodle. The options first available include the player's starter chosen in Sketchvale and some early-game Doodles. More Doodles can be unlocked by defeating bosses with Doodles that haven't yet been unlocked being on the team. After choosing the starting Doodle, the player is given an option of picking between three other randomly offered Doodles. These Doodles can have different abilities or moves than what they may normally have. They may also have boosted stats or additional effects applied through mutations. There can also be data items, loot luck, and dungeon coins, and each Doodle comes with a small amount of Basic Capsules. A random Doodle can be taken to earn a bonus 2,500 dungeon coins.

Trivia[]
- Upon release, NULL-07's original name was BLANKER.
- It is possible that The Witch could be Shaw's master as both of them have the same theme (especially her "Witch's Wrath" theme) and colored text, though this is unconfirmed.
- Mira Sharpe could possibly be an ancestor to Portia, as seen in her dialogue she says that the war hasn't been kind to them implying that she is probably from the past if not the future. This is also Unconfirmed.
