The DoodleCo Printing Facility is a large building owned by DoodleCo, located on Route 12. Here, Doodles can be produced via printing, and existing Doodles can be taught exclusive moves known as Print moves.
Story[]
Upon entering, the player is greeted by a woman named Jan. She explains that since Portia is on an "extended vacation," she has been put in charge of the place. She also explains that the building and printer technology was developed by Portia's mother, but ever since she died in an unfortunate accident, Portia was put in charge of the company. She gives the player a tour of the building, showing them the copier, the printer, and explains the concept of print moves. She then gives the player 8 tickets of their Starter Doodle. Finally, she gives the player a Ticket Case and a Tint Palette.
Printing[]
Copier[]
The copier is a machine that allows the player to place a Doodle into it, and slowly generates Tickets specific to that Doodle over time. If an evolved Doodle is placed, it generates tickets for that Doodle's earliest evolutionary stage. For example, if a Wolfreeze is placed in the copier, it will generate Pupskey tickets. Some tickets take longer than others to generate, and this time usually correlates to the rarity of the Doodle. On average, tickets take about a minute to be produced. Once the copier reaches 25 unclaimed tickets, it cannot produce any more and the player will receive a notification, saying the copier is full.
There are two other copiers beside the original one. One can be purchased for 800 Robux, and the other is out of order.
Printer[]
The printer allows players to produce a Doodle at the cost of its specific tickets. When printing a Doodle, it comes with five settings: gender, stars, trait, size, and tint. If all the settings are set to random, then it will only cost 5 tickets to print a Doodle. However, it will cost extra tickets to change the settings.
- It costs 5 tickets to select a Doodle's gender as male or female. If a Doodle only has one gender, or is genderless, this setting cannot be changed.
- It costs 5 tickets to set a Doodle's stars to 1, 10 tickets for 2 stars, 15 tickets for 3 stars, 20 tickets for 4 stars, 25 tickets for 5 stars, and 30 tickets for 6 stars. The 6-star option can only be selected for a Doodle if it's evolution line's tasks have been completed.
- It costs 10 tickets to select a normal trait, and 30 tickets to select a hidden trait.
- It costs 30 tickets to set a Doodle's size to tiny, and 60 tickets to set it to BIG.
- It costs 20 tickets to set a Doodle's tint to a certain color. It also requires an Ink Bottle that corresponds to the desired tint.
The printer cannot create Legendary Doodles or multi-tint Doodles. Additionally, the Doodles that it prints never have a skin, and are never holding equipment. The printer can now rarely create misprint doodles.
Print Moves[]
Print moves are moves hidden deep in a Doodle's genetic code. A scientist in the facility will offer to teach Doodles these moves at the cost of eight of their evolutionary line's specific tickets. A list of all available print moves for each Doodle can be found here.
