Craig

Craig is the former sheriff of Graphite Lodge. Shortly after his introduction at Graphite Lodge, he battles the player in the Crystal Caverns.

Story[]

Craig is trying to overthrow the town's Mayor, and has been gaining popularity before the player arrives using demagoguery and fear mongering of "Evil Outsiders". Later, the player learns that he has set up arrangements with the shinobis and is hiding at Crystal Caverns, trying to summon the Mythical Doodle and protector of Graphite Lodge, Maelzuri. When the player arrives at the back of the cave, battles and then defeats him, attracting Maelzuri in the process, he tries to use a Golden Capsule he stole from the local Doodle Station to capture the doodle. He fails to capture Maelzuri, resulting in the Legendary Doodle Maelzuri trapping him inside an Opal Orb. Maelzuri says that although he isn't actually turned into a rock, his conscious is inside the Opal Orb. The Opal Orb is then given to the player, who gives it to TJ. However, it gets stolen by Inari as he is heading back to the Graphite Lodge. A help request must be completed in order to obtain the Opal Orb. The Opal Orb allows the player to encounter Maelzuri at Crystal Caverns.

Craig is cruel and greedy, changing the town's perception of outsiders in order to try to overthrow the mayor.

Craig originally appears in Hero Havoc, another game made by wish_z, where he is the first boss the player fights.
