Beach Bay is the event-exclusive location for Doodle World's Beachgoer 2023 and Summer 2024 event. Upon entering Beach Bay for the first time, the player is greeted by Inari, one of four shopkeepers in Beach Bay. She explains the currency of Sand Dollars, the functionality of the Questboard, as well as the Lost Forest.

Quests[]

Via the Summer Questboard near the town's pier, the player can accept different quests of varying rarity. Rarer quests give more sand dollars. Some quest types have a limit to how rare they can be, and some cannot be any lower than a certain rarity.

Below is the table for the Beachgoer 2023 event.

Rarity Sand Dollars
Common 4
Uncommon 8
Rare 12
Epic 20
Legendary 40

Pizza Delivery[]

The player must go to Giovanni to receive a pizza, and then deliver it to the designated house. This quest can either be a common or uncommon quest.

Package Delivery[]

The player must go to a designated house to receive a package, then deliver it to another specified house. This quest can either be a common or uncommon quest.

Buried Treasure[]

The player must find sand dollars that are buried under a mound on the beach. This quest can either be an uncommon, rare or epic quest

Making Pizza[]

The player must prepare a pizza to the customer's specifications inside Giovanni Jr's pizzeria. This quest can either be an uncommon, rare or epic quest. If the player messes up too many ingredients, the player will only receive one sand dollar. If they add all the correct ingredients, they will receive twelve extra sand dollars.

Battle[]

The player must battle an NPC tamer at a specified house. This quest can be either a rare, epic or legendary quest.

Maze S.O.S.[]

The player must find an NPC who has gotten lost in the Lost Forest. This quest can either be a rare, epic, or legendary quest.

Whack-A-Doodle[]

The player must go to the Engineer on the beach and whack as many Doodles as possible in 60 seconds. This quest can be an Uncommon, Rare, or Epic quest. Hitting more Doodles will award extra Sand Dollars: 31-80 will award six, 81-100 will award 12, 101-140 will award 18, and over 140 will award 24. Finishing one round of Whack-A-Doodle will spawn an encounterable Mallemole near the back of the arena. This quest was introduced in 2024.

Power Outage[]

The player must go to one of the six specified boxes and do a small connection puzzle in a 5x5 grid. This quest can either be a Common, Uncommon, or Rare quest. This quest was introduced in 2024.

Doodle Infestation[]

The player must go to a designated house to battle a certain wild Doodle species, The Doodle's level is normally the same as the highest Doodle in your team, the battle will not affect/break the Player's chain. This quest can either be a common, uncommon or rare quest.

Cup Shuffle[]

The Player meets up with the NPC version of ilyannna on the beach. She plays a classic game where she has 3 upside-down cups, places an object (in this case a Sand Dollar) under one of them, mixes up the order of the cups, and you have to try and remember which cup has the object under them. Right before she is done mixing them up, the screen flashes black which results in you not knowing how the cups got mixed up in the end. This turns the quest into luck-based gamble where you have to pick one of the cups and hope you guessed correctly. If you do guess correctly, ilyannna will offer to double your reward if you play another round. However, if you lose a subsequent round, you walk away with nothing. This quest was introduced in 2024.

Oliver[]

Across from House #4, you could find Oliver (creator of the 2022 Halloween Event's location, Hallow Heights), who offers to exchange 500 Sand Dollars for an Infurnius, the Legendary Doodle of the Beachgoer/Summer Event. Oliver was only available during the Beachgoer 2023 event, and has since then been removed.

Doodle Depot[]

Just like in any Doodle Station or settlement, a shopkeeper sells common goods at the Doodle Depot, such as Stat Candies, Capsules, etc. He is found at the end of Beach Bay's pier.

Trivia[]

  • Similar to other event locations, such as Hallow Heights and Winter Wonderland, Beach Bay's houses have real Roblox player's avatars inhabiting them, most notably including Doodle World's developers such as ilyanna and wish_z.
    • As with other event locations, you can, in the center of town, exchange Robux for event currency. (In the Beachgoer and Summer Events, the currency are Sand Dollars.)
      • As with other event locations, Junjie's Expedited Express travels here via bus, and is parked at the edge of town and prompts a question of where the player would like to go when interacted with.
  • After this event was released, Route 5’s reward after capturing all of the doodles in that location was switched from the ‘Beachgoer’ title to the ‘Waves’ title.
  • A parkour course is available in the water. It gives no reward.
  • Infurnius is currently the only Doodle whose Unique is obtained via a method other than from wild encounters. In the Summer 2024 event, the reward for obtaining 20 Summer Skins was a Unique, 6-Star, Hidden Trait Infurnius. It took a minimum of 2252 Sand Dollars to obtain.
